HCG 5000IU

HCG 5000IU INJECTION contains Chorionic Gonadotropin which belongs to the group of medicines called Gonadotropins. It is used to treat hypogonadism (deficiency of sex hormones) in men. It also helps in the release of matured ovum (eggs) from the ovaries (ovulation) among infertile women after undergoing pretreatment with suitable hormonal medicines (such as menotropins or FSH).

Use of HCG 5000IU injection

• Treats prepubertal cryptorchidism (failure of testis to descend into the scrotum due to sex hormone deficiency) in male children (aged between 4-9 years)
• Treats male hypogonadism (failure of testis to produce male sex hormones)
• Induces ovulation among infertile women
• Supports pregnancy among women who experience habitual abortions
